OUR OUTREACH
At THE SEED, we believe that the best connections happen when we engage directly with our community. Our purpose is simple: to create spaces where everyone feels welcome, can share experiences, and build new friendships. We believe life is better when shared, and that’s why we’re always looking for ways to interact and help the people around us.
Through our projects, we aim to meet the community’s needs in practical and engaging ways. Whether it’s through English classes, where we help people improve their communication skills, or our cooking classes, which not only teach delicious recipes but also provide moments of fun and interaction between participants. Every activity is designed to be a gathering point, where learning happens alongside building relationships.
For children, we offer Music storytelling sessions, where they can explore the world of sound in a fun and educational way, creating memories and connections while developing new skills. In our upcycling second hand clothes, we promote sustainable practices by giving people the chance to learn something new while restoring items that hold sentimental or practical value.
Our goal is for everyone who comes through our doors to not only learn new skills but also feel like part of a welcoming community. We want people to return because they feel connected, as if they are part of a big family. By creating an environment of respect and mutual support, we contribute to the personal growth of each individual.
At THE SEED, everyone is welcome, no matter where they come from or what they’re looking for. We’re always ready to welcome you with open arms and share moments that make a difference in all of our lives. Our services are in Portuguese at the moment but everyone is welcome. Getting here!
